Lead Programmer | Multi-axis Mills

• Support sales efforts through technical insight, customer engagement, and solution development.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and help define appropriate manufacturing or production approaches.
• Provide technical support throughout the implementation process, including presentations and demonstrations as needed.
• Develop and communicate value propositions that differentiate products and solutions in the market.
• Assist with project coordination to ensure objectives related to scope, timing, cost, and quality are met.
• Serve as a technical resource for internal teams, partners, and customers during project execution.
• Monitor outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to support long-term success.

• Strong technical knowledge of machining processes and equipment, working with advanced 3, 4, 5 axis machinery
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience (machining enviorments) , ideally supporting aerospace, automotive, or medical industries.
• Strong knowledge of CNC controls (Siemens, Fanuc ect).
• Proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam/NX ect) and (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ect).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools, and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Understanding of ISO standards
• Ability to work on-site and with 15% travel
