Job description
Partner with the VP of Marketing and Digital Strategy and staff to optimize IIANC's digital platforms (AMS, CMS, and related systems). Ensure data integrity, accuracy, security, and system performance across platforms. Support system upgrades and integrations, including planning, testing, and deployment. Develop queries, reports, and dashboards to deliver actionable insights for decision-making. Establish and document SOPs, data governance standards, and best practices. Provide staff training and technical support on data systems and reporting tools. Identify and recommend new tools and process improvements to enhance data capabilities. Support cross-departmental projects to ensure efficient and effective data workflows.
Requirements
A minimum of three years of experience working in data analytics, data manipulation, and data visualization Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in Power BI (dashboard development, DAX, data modeling) Relational database querying Experience in CRM administration (preferably with Dynamics365 and or HubSpot) Basic Web development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) Experience with the Microsoft365 ecosystem (Power Automate, SharePoint, CoPilot studio) Comfortable integrating 3rd-party APIs into workflows and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail. Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to all stakeholders in IIANC. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in systems including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot Hands-on experience with data visualization tools.
