Job description

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer with strong expertise in building modern data platforms, scalable ETL pipelines, and analytics solutions using the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Fabric components such as OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Notebooks, Data Factory, and Power BI, along with strong SQL and PySpark skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong expertise with OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Notebooks, and Fabric Data Engineering capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of Power BI reporting, semantic models, and analytics solutions within Fabric.
  • Proven experience building ETL pipelines and data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing data warehouses in Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark.
  • Experience implementing and managing Spark workloads in Fabric, including job scheduling and Spark SQL development.
  • Experience using Data Activator for data monitoring, event-driven insights, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with distributed and cross-functional global teams.
  • Adaptable mindset with a strong willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake.
  • Experience with Real-Time Analytics in Microsoft Fabric.
