Job description
We are seeking a skilled GenAI Backend & Platform Developer to build enterprise-grade AI-powered backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies., * Develop scalable microservices and APIs using Spring Boot, WebFlux, Kafka, and distributed architectures
- Build GenAI solutions including conversational assistants, RAG pipelines, and AI agents
- Integrate LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and Anthropic into enterprise systems
- Design orchestration workflows using LangChain, Java-based state machines, and agent frameworks
- Deploy and manage applications on Azure, Kubernetes/AKS, and Docker
- Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
- Implement observability, testing, security, and governance best practices
Requirements
- 5-8 years of software engineering experience
- Strong Java and Spring Boot/Spring Cloud expertise
- Experience with cloud-native microservices and distributed systems
- Hands-on knowledge of Kafka, REST APIs, async processing, and container platforms
- Familiarity with GenAI/LLM integration and workflow orchestration
- Experience with Azure cloud and Infrastructure as Code tools is preferred, * Experience with RAG, AI agents, or LangChain
- Knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
- Exposure to observability and tracing tools
