Job description

  • Manages and maintains Hyper-V environment, Active Directory domains, DNS, DHCP, file, print, database, and application servers.
  • Monitors and performs system backups and recovery including regular testing of disaster recovery procedures. Reviews, validates, and deploys software updates during application rollout to production environments.
  • Performs cybersecurity operations and monitoring of security events and resolves as necessary. Responds to all security incidents in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Performs administrative tasks in Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Maintains and monitors client workstations and performs operating system updates and software updates. Manages Windows provisioning tools and provides Tier 2 support for Help Desk employees.
  • Manages all WAN, LAN, and wireless connectivity; monitors network performance and tunes systems as necessary. Configures and provisions network devices, firewalls, switches, access points, etc. Maintains network security controls and remote services of the organization.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need.

Salary Information: Annual Minimum Salary-$52,800-Annual Maximum Salary-$79,200 Hiring Rate: $25.38-$31.73Hybrid PositionSalary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Pro-rated based on hours/week., PNWU offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees first of the month following date of hire and competitive salary.
