Job description

  • Design and develop AI-driven agents & workflows for PLM systems
  • Automate processes such as Parts Classification, Parts Approvals, and CAD/PLM integrations
  • Work on Siemens Teamcenter PLM and related enterprise systems
  • Build intelligent automation using GenAI / Agentic AI frameworks
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and manufacturing teams
  • Optimize workflows for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy

Requirements

We're looking for a Senior PLM Developer with strong AI/GenAI experience to drive innovation in PLM applications within a manufacturing environment., * Strong experience with PLM platforms (preferably Siemens Teamcenter)

  • Hands-on experience building AI/ML or GenAI-based solutions
  • Experience with workflow automation in manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of CAD/PLM integrations
  • Strong programming skills (Python, APIs, backend systems)
  • Understanding of agentic AI, LLMs, or automation frameworks

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Exposure to digital manufacturing / Industry 4.0 initiatives
