We are seeking an Enterprise AI Specialist who is a hands-on builder, practitioner, and trainer who designs, builds, and deploys AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and employee experience across the organization. The guiding philosophy for this role is Simple, Scalable, Secure, and Responsible.
If you are energized by partnering with others to solve problems, build solutions, and train them in how to build and support their own solutions - this role is for you., * Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions directly, including copilots, conversational agents, and workflow automations using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate.
- Own delivery from prototype through production-ready solution, including testing, documentation, and handoff.
- Create reusable assets such as agent templates, prompt libraries, automation patterns, and reference flows.
- Build and configure Copilot Studio agents, including topics, entities, actions, knowledge grounding, and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Implement end-to-end automations triggered by copilots or business events (approvals, notifications, data updates).
- Design and deliver hands-on training for employees, makers, and business teams on Copilot, copilots, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Develop practical job aids, playbooks, demos, and walkthroughs tailored to different roles and skill levels.
- Coach teams on prompting best practices, output validation, and appropriate use of AI in daily work.
- Serve as a go-to internal expert through workshops, office hours, and direct support.
- Ensure AI solutions include clear usage guidance, limitations, and human oversight expectations.
- Support Responsible AI governance activities including documentation, logging, and monitoring.
- Help establish guardrails that enable safe innovation without unnecessary friction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years delivering automation, low-code solutions, analytics, or AI-enabled capabilities in an enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated experience building solutions yourself-not just managing vendors or writing requirements.
- Experience training, coaching, or enabling non-technical users on new tools or platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) and/or Microsoft Copilot experiences.
- Practical knowledge of generative AI concepts applied to real business scenarios.

- Strong ability to teach by doing-walking users through solutions and building confidence.
- Clear communicator who enjoys helping others learn and adopt new capabilities.
- Collaborative, patient, and energized by seeing others succeed with tools you helped build.
- Preferred Certifications (or equivalent hands-on experience)
