Job description

  • Lead end to end Salesforce design and development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs
  • Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) including Customer 360, onboarding, KYC, and lending workflows
  • Design and build a unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud
  • Develop AI powered solutions using Agentforce, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Einstein AI
  • Configure and manage Omni Channel routing and digital messaging (chat, voice, queues, agent capacity)
  • Design scalable integration architecture across enterprise and core banking systems
  • Perform code reviews, ensure best practices, and drive delivery execution
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross functional teams
  • Provide technical leadership and hands on development support throughout project lifecycle

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self motivated Salesforce Lead Developer Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join us in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity., * Academic Qualifications / Level of Education (Optional)

  • Preferably an undergraduate or associate degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
  • Required Skills
  • Strong hands on experience in Apex, LWC, Lightning, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Mandatory
  • Strong Banking domain experience (Retail Banking, Lending, Customer Onboarding, KYC)
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud
  • Experience with Agentforce (AI), Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Einstein AI
  • Expertise in Salesforce Omni Channel configuration (routing, messaging, queues)
  • Other Qualifications
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years on Salesforce
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver enterprise scale solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desired Qualifications

  • MuleSoft or enterprise integration experience
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Autorabit, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)
  • Salesforce security, compliance, and governance experience

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
  • Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Accredited Professional
  • Salesforce Data Cloud / AI Certifications
