Job description
- Figma to Production Take Figma designs from handoff to production-ready React components using AI tools to accelerate code generation, then apply the judgment to validate, refine, and ship. You know the difference between AI output that is ready to ship and output that needs to be reworked.
- Backend Integration Identify when a legacy server-rendered product needs API decoupling before the frontend can be modernized, and work with backend engineers to solve that problem.
- AI-Augmented Development Use AI models as active tools in your daily workflow, accelerating Figma-to-code implementation. You evaluate AI output critically and know when to accept, refine, or rewrite.
- Quality and Stability Implement feature flags for UI changes so rollback is always possible. Write unit and visual regression tests to catch when modernized components affect surrounding legacy UI. Own performance benchmarking before and after modernization to demonstrate measurable improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work directly with designers on Figma handoff, product managers on scope and priority, and backend engineers on API contracts. Communicate modernization trade-offs clearly.
