IT System Support Supervisor - (NYI)

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an IT Systems Support Supervisor to join our team in Islandia, NY. This individual will be responsible for supervising and supporting the daily IT and telecommunication needs of the warehouse while assisting with infrastructure management, systems support, troubleshooting, and operational continuity. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, logistics and EDI knowledge, troubleshooting experience, and the ability to support warehouse technology systems in a fast-paced environment. • Assist with maintaining network security standards established by corporate IT
• Supervise and support IT systems, infrastructure, and warehouse technology operations
• Support administration and maintenance of LAN and warehouse systems
• Assist with telephone system upgrades and routing changes
• Support troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery efforts
• Work with project teams to implement and support internal systems
• Create and maintain operational documentation and system procedures
• Assist with business continuity planning and system failover preparation
• Respond to escalated help desk issues and provide technical support
• Maintain tracking software and support warehouse operations systems
• Assist with vendor coordination and purchasing of IT-related equipment and supplies
• Prepare operational and system reports for management as needed
• Promote safety and sanitation practices within warehouse technology areas

Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, * Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

• Experience supporting warehouse distribution or logistics operations preferred
• High level of computer networking, WMS, and TMS system literacy
• Knowledge of EDI systems and troubleshooting processes required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• College-level training or 3-5 years of systems support experience preferred
• Knowledge of SQL, VM server setup, and system failover processes preferred
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
