IAM Security Engineer

• Design, implement, and support identity and access management security solutions across multi-cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain cloud security controls, governance frameworks, and policy automation processes.
• Support infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code initiatives to ensure secure and compliant cloud deployments.
• Implement and manage identity, encryption, access control, and threat detection solutions across cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with DevOps, cloud engineering, and compliance teams to strengthen security posture and governance standards.
• Support Zero Trust architecture initiatives and multi-cloud security strategies.
• Participate in cloud migration and security transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to governance and compliance requirements.

• Experience with AWS IAM, Key Management Service, Web Application Firewall, Config, and GuardDuty.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, role-based access control, Policy, and Defender for Cloud.
• Experience with Google Cloud IAM, Cloud Key Management Service, Organization Policies, and Security Command Center.
• Proficiency with Terraform or Terragrunt for infrastructure-as-code and automation.
• Experience with policy-as-code tools such as OPA, Sentinel, or Azure Policy.
• Experience with CI/CD systems including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Build.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles, encryption lifecycle management, and multi-cloud governance.
• Strong scripting skills using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Should Have:

• Experience with Azure Blueprints, Config Validator tools, or OPA Conftest.
• Familiarity with cross-cloud single sign-on and federated identity models.
• Experience migrating workloads between major cloud platforms.
• Proven leadership experience in cloud security initiatives.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in cloud identity and access management and cloud security engineering.
