This study evaluates how effectively the system uses real user data-such as wearable metrics and health-related interactions-to deliver meaningful insights and responses to health and wellness questions. What you'll do per conversation:

• Select a health or wellness topic relevant to you
• Engage in a natural, free-form conversation with an AI assistant
• Evaluate how well the system personalizes responses based on your data
• Complete structured evaluation forms based on your experience
