Job description

Our client is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including ERP, HRIS, and digital transformation programs. This role will drive end-to-end change management strategies to ensure successful adoption, stakeholder alignment, and business readiness. Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Lead development andexecution of enterprise change management strategies

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis,change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations

  • Develop communication, training, and adoption plansFacilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and leadership engagement sessions

  • Create communication materials and enablement content

  • Partner with PMs, HR, IT,Finance, and business stakeholders

  • Define and track adoptionmetrics, risks, and change effectiveness

  • Support organizational design and future-state process documentation

  • Coach leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption and sponsorship

  • Provide status reporting, risk management, and program updates

  • Support training development and execution activities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience inchange management or transformation initiatives

  • Prior management consultingexperience required

  • Experience supporting ERPimplementations (Oracle Fusion preferred)

  • Strong understanding of OCM methodologies (PROSCI preferred)

  • Experience working withincomplex enterprise environments

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills

  • Familiarity with Agile and project management frameworks (PMP/Scrum preferred)

  • Ability to work in fast-paced and evolving environments

  • Utilities or infrastructure industry experience
