This role is critical as we rapidly scale. The Senior Technical Program Manager will orchestrate execution across three product lines (Desktop, Online, Mobile) with 70+ engineers, establishing program management excellence and driving visibility needed to scale our engineering organization. What You Will Do
- Own and manage Jira across 3 product lines, establishing consistent workflows and processes that scale across multiple teams.
- Drive execution excellence for concurrent initiatives through proactive risk management, dependency resolution, and critical path planning.
- Lead cross-functional technology initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Infrastructure teams.
- Design and maintain executive dashboards using Jira and BI tools (Tableau, Looker), tracking velocity, cycle time, deployment frequency, MTTR, and sprint predictability.
- Provide weekly/monthly executive reporting on program health, delivery status, risks, and productivity trends with automated real-time visibility.
- Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum practices, CI/CD, DevOps methodologies, and engineering best practices.
- Create polished executive presentations for CTO, CEO, and Board, translating technical programs into clear business narratives.
- Operate with strong sense of urgency, building a culture of accountability, transparency, and data-driven decision making.
- Mentor program managers and foster collaboration across product lines and functional teams.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Leadership Experience: 8 years' in technical program management with 3-5 years' managing enterprise-scale programs across 50+ engineers and multiple product lines in B2B SaaS environments.
- Jira & Tooling Expertise: Expert-level Jira administration, workflow design, and customization at scale. Proficiency with Confluence, Slack, GitHub/GitLab, and modern development tools.
- Metrics & Analytics: Demonstrated experience building executive dashboards and metrics frameworks using BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI). Strong knowledge of engineering metrics and data visualization.
- Strong Software Development Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and release management. Ability to engage in technical discussions and assess architectural trade-offs. SO a BSCS degree and former dev experience is perfect!
- Executive Communication: Exceptional skills creating and delivering executive-level presentations. Ability to translate technical programs into clear business narratives for CTO, CEO, and Board.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead without direct authority, driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Infrastructure teams with competing priorities.
- Sense of Urgency: Demonstrated bias for action, driving results in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality standards.

- Must be willing and able to travel to conferences, client sites, or other company offices, based on business needs.
- This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work in office 3 days per week.
