Full Stack Engineer (Founding)

• A Flutter-based application (mobile, web, desktop)

This is a builder role, not a maintenance role.

What You'll Be Working WithCore Stack

• Frontend / App Layer
• Flutter (single codebase for iOS, Android, Web, Desktop)

• Live production system with real users
• Multi-environment deployment (dev, staging, prod)

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of an existing multi-platform system
• Improve, refactor, and scale the codebase
• Build and ship new features end-to-end
• Optimize performance across mobile and web
• Integrate AI into:
• Development workflow
• Future product features
• Work directly with the founder to prioritize what matters

AI-Native Development (Non-Negotiable)

Tools like Anthropic's Claude, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot are part of our workflow-not an afterthought.

You should already:

• Use AI to write, debug, and refactor code
• Be comfortable prompting models to solve real engineering problems
• Think in terms of speed, iteration, and leverage

You should NOT:

• Be learning/using AI tools for the first time here
• Rely primarily on traditional "Google + Stack Overflow" workflows

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * 1-4 years of real-world experience (or equivalent building experience)

• Comfortable across frontend and backend
• Able to learn new stacks quickly (Flutter experience is a plus, not required)
• You've shipped something real end-to-end
• You like cleaning up systems and making them better
• You already use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) in your workflow
• You want ownership, not just a paycheck

Bonus Points (Not Required)

• Experience with Flutter or cross-platform development
• Experience working on live production systems
• Experience with healthcare or data-sensitive environments
• Strong product intuition
