Job description
We are seeking highly skilled enterprise networking technologies, with strong expertise in Cisco and Juniper platforms (IOS, Junos). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high performance customer equipment's, * Perform remote configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of customer premises equipment (CPE), including enterprise-grade IP routers, Layer 2/Layer 3 switches, and Client across multi-vendor environments (Ruckus, Juniper).
- Design and implement scalable LAN network solutions.
- Develop and maintain lab environments to emulate production network topologies for validation, testing, and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives.
- This includes rack/stack, cabling, OS imaging, and configuration management.
- Execute comprehensive lab-based testing of new and existing network hardware and software, including firmware validation, interoperability testing, performance benchmarking (latency, throughput, convergence), and failover scenarios.
- Perform troubleshooting of network performance issues.
- Implement and manage network security controls including firewall policies, ACLs, NAT, segmentation, and intrusion detection/prevention features across multi-vendor platforms.
- Automate network provisioning and configuration tasks using scripting and tools (e.g., Python, Ansible, REST APIs), improving efficiency and reducing manual configuration errors.

Routing Protocols, * 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies, with strong expertise in Cisco and Juniper platforms (IOS, Junos).

Deep understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts, including:
-
VLANs, STP/RSTP/MSTP
-
Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP (design, redistribution, policy control)
-
ARP, ICMP, and TCP/IP stack behavior
-
Strong experience with network design and architecture principles, including hierarchical design models, redundancy, and failover mechanisms.

Proven experience deploying and managing enterprise firewalls (Cisco ASA/FTD, Juniper SRX), including policy design, VPN configuration, and threat mitigation.

Familiarity with WAN technologies and services such as MPLS , Metro Ethernet, SD-WAN, and broadband connectivity.

Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as SNMP and packet capture/analysis.

Exposure to network automation frameworks and scripting (Python, Ansible, Bash) is highly desirable.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in complex, multi-vendor environments.
