Job description

  • Own and enhance Oracle EPM Cloud applications including Planning (PBCS), Essbase, PCM, ARCS, Narrative Reporting, and EDM.
  • Architect and optimize advanced calculations and business rules leveraging Essbase, Groovy, and MDX.
  • Design, build, and support robust data integrations using Data Management, Data Exchange, and ODI.
  • Govern metadata, security frameworks, and environment configurations to ensure scalability and control.
  • Drive data validation, reconciliation, and integrity across complex financial data flows.
  • Enable forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead system testing, regression cycles, migrations, and environment refreshes.
  • Diagnose and resolve platform issues, partnering effectively with internal stakeholders and Oracle Support.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable models, forms, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Contribute to the strategic EPM roadmap, supporting ongoing finance transformation efforts.

Requirements

We are seeking a senior, hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud expert to support a large-scale finance transformation initiative within a complex enterprise environment. This role demands an individual who can operate autonomously, deliver immediate value, and drive platform excellence across planning, reporting, and data integration domains., * Extensive, hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience in a senior individual contributor capacity.

  • Deep expertise in Planning (PBCS), Essbase, calculations, integrations, metadata, and security.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex EPM data pipelines and reconciliations.
  • Proven ability to ramp quickly, work independently, and deliver with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Experience with Oracle ERP Financials (GL, AP, FA, Projects)
  • Proficiency in ODI (Oracle Data Integrator)
  • Background in financial services or highly regulated industries
  • Oracle EPM certifications
