Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance or higher.\n
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field.\n
  • Experience developing solutions within Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise data platforms.\n
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and/or R.\n
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data integration processes.\n
  • Knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.\n
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.\n
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Foundry applications.\n
  • Understanding of cloud environments, distributed systems, and modern data architectures.\n
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\n
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.\n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n

  • Palantir Foundry certification or advanced platform experience.\n

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows within Palantir Foundry.\n
  • Build and optimize data models, ontology structures, and analytics applications to support business operations and decision-making.\n
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.\n
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models, predictive analytics solutions, and statistical analyses using structured and unstructured data.\n
  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, integration, and validation to ensure high-quality datasets.\n
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and trends to technical and non-technical audiences.\n
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of ETL/ELT processes and data integration solutions.\n
  • Work closely with data engineers, software developers, analysts, and leadership teams to deliver enterprise data solutions.\n
  • Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform reliability and scalability.\n
  • Document technical processes, workflows, and solution architectures.\n
  • Maintain data governance, security, and compliance standards throughout the data lifecycle.\n
  • Provide technical guidance and support to users and project teams regarding Foundry capabilities and best practices.\n
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, data science methodologies, and platform enhancements.\n
