Job description
As an IT Engineer II, End User Computing, you will support the deployment, configuration, and day to day management of enterprise endpoint solutions across Intune, Tanium, and Jamf environments. You will help ensure device reliability, security, and compliance while contributing to modern management initiatives that support Honeywell's global workforce.
This role requires hands on experience with endpoint management platforms, scripting, and troubleshooting, along with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in regulated environments. You will work closely with senior engineers, security teams, and infrastructure partners to deliver consistent, user focused endpoint solutions. You will report directly to our IT Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.

Assist in implementing and operating endpoint management solutions using Intune, Jamf, and Tanium across Commercial and GCCH environments.

Ensure endpoints meet configuration, compliance, and security standards while supporting diverse user needs. Infrastructure & Platform Support

Support upgrades and maintenance of End User Computing infrastructure, including server deployments and decommissioning of legacy platforms.

Partner with infrastructure teams to maintain platform stability and lifecycle alignment. Security & Compliance

Collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain endpoint security controls.

Assist in identifying risks and supporting remediation activities aligned with regulatory requirements, including GCCH compliance. Automation & Operational Excellence

Develop and maintain basic to intermediate automation using PowerShell and other scripting tools to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.

Follow standardized processes and configurations to support scalable deployments. Software & Patch Management

Support software deployment, patching, and inventory management using Intune, Tanium, Jamf, and Patch My PC.

Help ensure endpoints remain compliant with enterprise software and vulnerability standards. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide escalation support for Windows and macOS endpoints, working with senior engineers as needed.

Troubleshoot issues across endpoints, networking, security, Active Directory, and applications. Cross Functional Collaboration

Work with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to support endpoint requirements and ensure solutions are compliant and supportable.

Support initiatives across Commercial and Government environments while maintaining tenant separation. Continuous Improvement

Contribute to EUC process improvements, documentation, and operational standards.

Identify opportunities for optimization and modernization within the endpoint ecosystem. Communication & Coordination

Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non technical audiences.

Ensure alignment with team members to support successful project and operational outcomes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering or supporting enterprise endpoint management solutions (Intune, Jamf, Tanium, or similar), including GCCH environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Autopilot, and Azure Active Directory.
- Scripting experience with PowerShell focused on automation and task simplification.
- Experience supporting cloud based IT solutions (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Solid troubleshooting skills across endpoints, networking, security, Active Directory, and applications.
- Understanding of endpoint security concepts such as hardening, vulnerability management, and monitoring.

- Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools.
- Experience with Linux based operating systems.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.

- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Flexibility to support off hours work when required.
