Prepare reports for the Special District Board meetings.

Distribution of reports to recipients in a timely manner.

Calendar Special District Board meetings to maintain a report schedule based on the District(s) request.

Run tax roll(s) for all accounts in the District(s) to review and provide up to date information and status on the reports.

Create a District file for the attorney when their appearance is requested.

Generate a weekly schedule for the call center MUD department.

Communicate with clients, Board members, General Counsel, taxpayers, and staff in a timely manner via phone or email.

Manage emails and phone calls in a timely manner.

Additional clerical or administrative duties, as needed or assigned., This position involves:

Sitting at a computer most of the day

On the job training

Performance assessment within the first 90 days of employment

Annual performance reviews

Reporting to Special District Manager and Special District Report Coordinator
Requirements

- Experience working in a collection law firm (Preferred)
- Three (3) years of professional work experience (Preferred)
Education Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certifications and/or College Degree (Preferred)
