Enterprise Architect

As an Enterprise Architect with COSMOTE Global Solutions NV, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the enterprise architecture standards and ensuring they align with business goals and technological advancements., * Design and develop enterprise architecture models to support the organization's strategic objectives.

• Develop architectural frameworks, principles, and standards.
• Lead the analysis of current state ('As-Is') and future state ('To-Be') architectures and conduct gap analysis.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure alignment of architecture with business needs.
• Support the digital transformation strategies and initiatives.
• Document architectural decisions and ensure proper communication across the organization.
• Provide guidance and oversight for application, data, and technology architecture domains.
• Ensure adherence to architecture governance processes and compliance requirements.

Do you have experience in UML?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• A minimum of 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture roles.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate or Zachman.
• Experience with architectural modeling tools such as ARIS, UML, or BPMN.
• Proven experience in defining and implementing architectural standards and governance processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is preferred.
