Provide Project Management Support Services to the NATO Cyber and Digital Transformation Division

• Supporting the lead Project Manager during the final development and pre-launch phase, including coordinating with the development team and stakeholders;
• Preparing an onboarding package, including login guidance, FAQs, and short video tutorials;
• Running regular coordination meetings with internal teams and contractors.

Do you have experience in Project management?, * Proven project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments;

• Excellent written and oral English;
• Ability to brief senior management clearly and concisely.

Desirable:

• PM certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile);
• Experience working with NATO structures;
• Experience managing digital platforms.
