Job description

  • Provide L1/L2 IT support and resolve incidents/service requests efficiently
  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and end-user devices
  • Manage ticketing systems, device deployment, software installation, and IT asset records
  • Assist with IT documentation, projects, and continuous service improvements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT support experience in an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, AD, Entra ID, Exchange, Jira, and Confluence
  • Experience with laptops, peripherals, IP telephony, and mobile device support
  • Fluent in French and strong English communication skills
  • PowerShell, SCCM, networking, Windows Server, or ITIL knowledge is a plus
