Job description
As an IT Network Engineer / Administrator, you will be responsible for the operation, performance, and security of our network infrastructure. You will be part of the IT systems engineer team. You manage WAN, VPN, and LAN environments by installing, connecting, and configuring network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. You monitor network traffic and usage, prepare basic reports to support troubleshooting and performance analysis, and assist with firewall and network security configurations following best practices. You also provide day-to-day network support to local IT teams, helping resolve connectivity and performance issues.
Requirements
Do you have experience in WAN?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in WAN and LAN network administration.
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
- Experience with:
- Cisco Meraki switches (Meraki firewalls are a strong plus)
- Router configuration (IP addressing, routing, Access Control Lists)
- Managed switches, including VLAN configuration
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- SIP, voice, telephony, and VoIP systems
