Junior System Engineer 100 % (M/F)

• As a System Engineer in the Operations team, you have the opportunity to take responsibility for ensuring our customers' service functions properly and to guarantee smooth operations.
• You will process tickets as part of our incident, change, and problem management process.
• Providing, installing and maintaining hardware and software components as well as communication equipment.
• Creating user manuals, installation and support documentation
• Participation in a varied work environment and projects

Do you have experience in Customer support?, * You have completed vocational training in the field of computer science (computer science apprenticeship specializing in systems engineering).

• Experience in service desk and customer support
• You already have initial experience or would like to develop further in these areas: Client/Server, Virtualization, Software Distribution, Backup and Storage Solutions, Exchange, etc.
• You are characterized by a customer-oriented work style, are a team player with initiative.
• You have a strong interest in new technologies and are motivated to learn about new areas.
• You have excellent German skills and good English skills.
