Tasks

  • Lead exciting SAP Berechtigungs-Projekte and manage application permissions.
  • Maintain SAP roles and provide 2nd-level support across various platforms.
  • Develop automated user provisioning and security solutions., Within the application management of AFI is the User & Access Services team. The team is responsible for all authorisation matters in the areas of HCM, BW, ERP, CRM, Fiori, SuccessFactors (IAS and IPS), and Business Technology Platform.

What is it about? To strengthen our User & Access Services team, we are looking for a Senior Authorisation Specialist on a fixed-term basis for 2 years.

Tasks

  • Participation in or management of various exciting and large SAP authorisation projects/subprojects
  • You take on the role of Application Manager (authorisations area)
  • Creating and maintaining roles within the scope of 2nd-level support (HCM, BW, ERP, CRM, Fiori, SuccessFactors, Business Technology Platform, SAC)
  • Maintenance of SAP users
  • Operation and further development of automated user provisioning and security solutions (SAP GRC Access Control, ZBV/CUA, SAP NW SSO/SNC)
  • Creating and maintaining policies and concepts in the areas of SAP security and authorisations
  • Consulting on SAP security and authorisation topics, Exciting and diverse projects with a wide range of customers and industries
  • Insight into the central administration of the Canton of Zurich with various public administrations as well as collaboration with different customers and sectors such as courts, cantonal police, hospitals, schools, etc.
  • Participation and scope for design

Requirements

  • Relevant education in IT or business and years of SAP permissions experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous learning., A solid education in computer science or a comparable business administration education
  • Several years of experience in the area of SAP authorisations
  • Ideally experience with SAP Business Objects, GRC Access Control, cloud solutions, SuccessFactors (IAS and IPS), Business Technology Platform, XAMS Suite
  • Analytical skills, interconnected thinking, systematic approach, high willingness for continuous learning and independent familiarisation with new topics, goal-oriented, customer-focused working and acting, enjoyment in working in interdisciplinary teams
  • Practical experience in creating and maintaining concepts and documentation
  • Committed personality with consulting competence, high willingness to perform, and social skills
