Process Manager Customer Engagement and Transformation - limited to 24 months

The Process Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for delivering and supporting strategic transformation initiatives across the organization, from concept development through execution and benefits realization. The role requires structured project ownership within a defined scope, strong cross-functional coordination, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, high-quality project delivery.

The incumbent will work closely with Head Office teams, regional stakeholders, IT, QSC, and GCC, supporting alignment, transparency, and measurable business outcomes through disciplined execution and clear, structured communication. Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * 6+ years of experience in Product Ownership, preferably in Shipping or Logistics

• A degree in Shipping, Logistics, Business Administration, or IT-related field
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management frameworks
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus
• A proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
