Software Engineer

My client is one of the fastest-growing AI companies globally, building a category-defining B2C AI platform in the agent / companionship space. The product has already scaled to tens of millions of users in a very short time, with a clear trajectory toward 100M+ users next and beyond. They are now hiringSenior Software Engineersto help scale and evolve the core product and infrastructure. You'd join a small, high-performance engineering team working directly with the CTO and product leadership in a very fast-paced environment. This is a remote-first role. While location is flexible, candidates should be based within a +/- 4-hour time difference from CET to align with team working hours. The role: Work closely with Product to review specs and translate them into technical solutions Break down features, estimate work, and design scalable integrations Own end-to-end implementation (Ruby on Rails), including PRs, code reviews, testing, and deployment Collaborate across engineering, product, and data teams in a high-velocity setup Contribute ideas and experiments that directly shape the roadmap Tech stack: Ruby on Rails (latest), PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire (Turbo & Stimulus), Tailwind CSS What they are looking for, Senior Software Engineer Role - 100% Remote (Ruby On Rails, Postgresql, Redis)

5+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer Strong experience in fast-paced environments and B2C SaaS scale-ups Comfortable working in teams where AI assistance is already heavily used in daily workflows Strong ownership mindset and clear communication (fluent English) Experience working on products with meaningful user scale
