Platform Operations Manager (Stretch & Cloud Infrastructure)

• Build Your Team: Lead the recruitment of 7 senior engineers to fill critical positions in Spain.
• Take Technical Command: Become the subject matter expert for Linux platforms, Ceph storage, and OpenStack.
• Mitigate Risks: Ensure that the Telekom migration and the stability of the Stretch platform are not compromised during the transition.
• Design the Future: Establish on-call policies, operational workflows, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation standards., * We offer personalised career plans, annual performance evaluations and programmes to develop skills.
• We operate in Spanish and English and therefore provide unlimited language training. We work on international projects and define best practices with United Internet partners.
• We have flexible start and finish times, respecting a schedule of meetings in the central part of the morning and a range of work from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a hybrid model in one of our offices (Alcobendas, Valencia, Barcelona, Seville or Logroño).

Do you have experience in Terraform?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Credible Leadership: 2+ years managing technical teams and the ability to attract top-tier talent within the Spanish market.

• Solid Technical Foundation: 5+ years of real-world experience in large-scale Linux systems administration.
• Cloud & Storage Expert: Essential hands-on experience with Ceph and OpenStack.
• Automation Master: Proficiency in Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform.
• Solution-Oriented Mindset: The ability to transform chaos into scalable, well-documented systems.
