Senior Test Analyst 2 Years Fixed-Term Contract Starting Salary: c. £50,000 Depending on skills and experience Location: Bristol with 50% office attendance This is a great job for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, data and business change, and wants to make a real impact in a regulated environment. You might be an experienced tester looking to broaden your exposure, or someone with strong MI/data insight experience who is confident challenging and collaborating across teams. This role would suit someone comfortable working in complex programmes, who takes ownership and thrives on identifying risks and improving outcomes. A bit about the job: In this role, you'll support the delivery of high-quality technology and change initiatives by contributing to testing activities and ensuring the integrity of MI data across business and third-party partners. You'll work closely with project teams to analyse, review and validate data, while also helping to identify and manage risks across in-scope areas. As part of a collaborative team, you'll contribute to the evaluation of new technologies and support the implementation of development processes that enable innovation. You'll play a key role in ensuring changes are delivered accurately, defects are resolved efficiently, and data insights are reliable and actionable. Skills and experience we're looking for: Experience working in financial services or another regulated environment, with an understanding of risk-based testing and preferred knowledge of Life and Pensions Strong communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, collaborate and take ownership of delivery Proven experience in testing within large or complex programmes, including managing defects and test artefacts using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Ability to analyse and validate
