Job description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Field Technician to provide onsite technical support and field service activities within the Grand Junction, CO area. The ideal candidate should be comfortable traveling locally, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting end users in a field environment., * Provide onsite technical and field support to end users

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and peripherals
  • Support desktops, laptops, printers, and related devices
  • Document service activities and updates within ticketing systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Maintain professionalism while delivering customer support onsite
  • Utilize Clearvision/Fieldvision tools as required for service management

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Maintenance activity documentation?, * Previous experience in field support, desktop support, or IT technician roles

  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage travel within assigned territory
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation processes
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Must reside within 10-20 miles of Grand Junction, CO 81501
