LATAM UX/UI Designer

We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to support production-level design across a digital platform featuring interactive and mini-game experiences. This role focuses on executing within an established product and design direction, translating concepts, wireframes, and strategic ideas into polished, build-ready assets for engineering teams.

What You'll Do:

• Create detailed UX flows, high-fidelity screens, and interaction specs across platform and game experiences
• Produce build-ready design assets and clear documentation for development teams
• Work within and extend an existing design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and perform well
• Design for cross-device experiences across mobile and web surfaces
• Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate design production and iteration
• Participate in sprint reviews and QA to ensure design quality in live builds

• Strong portfolio of shipped consumer-facing digital products (web or mobile)
• Experience working in agile, sprint-based environments
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with AI-supported design workflows
• Comfortable executing within an established design direction
• Strong communication skills in English
• Spanish language proficiency required
