IT Project Manager

WM Reply Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating complex technology projects from initiation through completion while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget. This role will oversee day-to-day project activities, develop and manage detailed project plans, coordinate resources, and serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal leadership, and project teams. The position requires close collaboration with both domestic and global teams to ensure successful delivery of enterprise-level technology initiatives.

Additional responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, forecasting resource and skill needs, managing project risks and timelines, facilitating communication across stakeholders, and refining project management methodologies and best practices. The IT Project Manager will support software development lifecycle activities, contribute to M365 and web development projects, and provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed. The role requires the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and effectively pivot as business needs evolve.

Do you have experience in Scrum?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in IT project management. Candidates must also hold a SAFe 5 Scrum Master Certification and demonstrate experience managing enterprise software development projects, including M365 and web development initiatives. Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are required.
