Jr. Help Desk/Network

Do you have experience in Visio?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School diploma or equivalent required.

• 2+ years of Network Help Desk or Network Technician experience
• Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) certification or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Comp TIA A+ certification.
• Some experience with VLANs, Subnetting, IP addresses, Ethernet cables, fiber optic cables, SSH, telnet, traceroute, optical transceivers, hubs, switches.
• Due to required SLA, must live within 1 hour from north Austin, TX.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio.
• Ability to work well within a team and mentoring other network technicians.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to occasionally lift equipment up to 40lb.
• Able to occasionally wear a complete cleanroom smock inside an electronic semiconductor facility., * Networking: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CCT OR CCNA OR Comp TIA A+ (Any ONE is Required) (Required)
