Requirements

  • Education - Minimum associate's degree in computer science. \n
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 -based environments with identity and access management principles \n
  • Working knowledge of IT security and compliance \n
  • Strong documentation and communication skills \n
  • 3 years' experience with Microsoft Azure \n
  • Experience supporting public-sector, compliance driven, or audit sensitive environments being a plus. \n

  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of security controls, including \n \n

  • Access audits and reviews \n
  • Policy implementation and enforcement \n \n

  • Assist with vulnerability remediation, patching coordination, and basic security monitoring \n

  1. \nInfrastructure Stability and Risk Reduction \n \n \n \n
  • Support backup and recovery processes, verify backup integrity, and assist with disaster recovery readiness \n
  • Assist with system reliability initiatives to reduce outages and service interruptions \n
  • Act as secondary coverage for critical systems during absences or high-impact incidents \n

  1. \nDigital Transformation Support \n \n \n \n
  • Provide technical support for ongoing modernization projects, including: \n \n
  • Cloud migrations \n
  • Data and SharePoint restructuring \n
  • Identity and access redesign \n \n

\n \n \n

  • Coordinate with the Software Developer to ensure infrastructure and security alignment for custom solutions \n
  • Assist with testing, rollout planning, and post-implementation stabilization \n

\n

  1. \nOperational Support (Limited and Structured) \n \n \n \n
  • Serve as escalation support for complex technical issues when required \n
  • Provide secondary help desk coverage during peak periods or staff absence (not primary duty) \n
  • Assist IT management in routine operational tasks \n
