Requirements
- Education - Minimum associate's degree in computer science. \n
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 -based environments with identity and access management principles \n
- Working knowledge of IT security and compliance \n
- Strong documentation and communication skills \n
- 3 years' experience with Microsoft Azure \n
- Experience supporting public-sector, compliance driven, or audit sensitive environments being a plus. \n

- Act as secondary coverage for critical systems during absences or high-impact incidents \n

- Provide technical support for ongoing modernization projects, including: \n \n
- Cloud migrations \n
- Data and SharePoint restructuring \n
- Identity and access redesign \n \n

- Coordinate with the Software Developer to ensure infrastructure and security alignment for custom solutions \n
- Assist with testing, rollout planning, and post-implementation stabilization \n
\n
- \nOperational Support (Limited and Structured) \n \n \n \n
- Serve as escalation support for complex technical issues when required \n
- Provide secondary help desk coverage during peak periods or staff absence (not primary duty) \n
- Assist IT management in routine operational tasks \n
