Job description
- Lead end-to-end solution design across React UI, Spring Boot APIs, and AWS cloud services.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance system design aligned with enterprise standards.
- Own sprint commitments and maintain strong delivery predictability.
- Drive platform reliability, observability, and production support readiness.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve development velocity and code quality.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines with automation for performance, security, and quality checks.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with Architects, QA, FSA, and Business stakeholders for solution alignment.
Required Technical Skills
- Java (11+/21), Spring Boot, RESTful API development
- React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript
- Microservices architecture and secure API design
- AWS (ECS/EKS, SQS, API Gateway, CloudWatch)
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Unit testing, automation collaboration, and production support experience
Requirements
8-10 years of hands-on technology experience of leading a team of 3 - 6 members, working with global stakeholders and having the right problem solving attitude
Must have software development experience. Require hands-on experience in Pro*C,PL/SQL,Oracle Forms, Oracle SQL,UNIX (Solaris) and C-Shell
Additionally, the experience in JAVA/J2EE programming, web services, Spring boot, Agile/ Scrum methodology and PERL programming is desired.
Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent applicable work experience
Enthusiasm to work and learn in a team environment.
Should have led a team of 3-6 team members working on the above technologies.
Design Experience And Troubleshooting Skills On Core/backend Systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
