Job description

A premier hospital system in Houston, Texas is looking to add to their Desktop Field Support team. Each day, this person will work through tickets on ServiceNow and complete them accordingly. Ticket items will involve application hardware issues.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Desktop Support Role
  • Windows 10 and 11, VDI and network printing experience
  • Experience with standard software installs and hardware repairs - Experience working for a large corporation or health system
  • Experience with the Service Now ticketing system
