This role focuses on driving software licensing success by helping customers navigate evolving business needs in a challenging economic environment. The position ensures effective license management, value realization, and risk reduction while guiding customers toward optimized investments in creative and productivity solutions. The role also involves collaborating across teams, engaging customers with empathy and insight, and improving operational efficiency within the licensing function., * Own and achieve financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Collaborate closely with the Licensing team and cross-functional stakeholders
• Provide regular updates to team leads and maintain accurate records in customer management systems
• Build and maintain a structured and sustainable work cadence
• Continuously monitor, measure, and refine performance for improved outcomes
• Deliver a positive, insightful, and value-driven customer experience
• Engage with customers professionally, demonstrating strong product and licensing knowledge
• Align efforts with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution and customer success

• 2-5 years of experience in software licensing or related field
• Strong B2B communication skills with confidence and professional presence
• Experience working within partner/reseller or indirect sales environments
• Proactive, results-driven mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in virtual/matrix organizations
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Good technical/IT knowledge
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Industry Experience:

• Software licensing and software industry
• Experience working with enterprise customers
• Exposure to partner/reseller ecosystems and indirect sales models
• Familiarity with SaaS or technology-driven business environments
