Job description

Our client is seeking a Trading Services Application Developer to join their growing technology team within a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of development expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT. Trading Services Application Developer 's Responsibilities and Duties

  • Design, develop, and support full stack applications using C#.NET and Angular
  • Partner with traders, operations teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Enhance and maintain trading and operational support applications
  • Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, integrations, and backend processes

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Full Stack Application Development
  • Strong hands-on experience with C#.NET, Angular, and SQL
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and operational support
  • Experience gathering business requirements and functioning in a hybrid Developer/Business Analyst capacity
  • Prior experience within financial services is required
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
