- Design and build AEM components, templates, workflows, and OSGi bundles
- Collaborate during the discovery phase to understand business and technical requirements
- Translate requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions
- Identify non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as performance, scalability, and security
- Design and implement modular components and reusable frameworks
- Integrate AEM with enterprise systems like CRM, e-commerce platforms, and portals
- Perform performance optimization and scalability improvements
- Ensure adherence to AEM best practices, coding standards, and security models
- Support and execute content migration from legacy CMS platforms to AEM
- Troubleshoot cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues
- Present technical solutions and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality implementations.This is a hybrid role based in Miami,FL, * Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM / CQ5 CMS)

Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, and RESTful Web Services

Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery or ExtJS

Deep knowledge of: Java Content Repository (JCR/CRX),Apache Sling framework, Apache Felix OSGi framework

Hands-on experience in Creating OSGi bundles, developing AEM components and workflows

Strong understanding of AEM architecture and ecosystem components, including: MSM (Multi-Site Manager) Tagging, Translation, I18N Search and Mobile capabilities

Experience with AEM Security model and SSO integration

Exposure to end-to-end AEM implementations

Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns

Familiarity with architectural patterns and system design principles

Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring or Struts Ability to design and interpret UML diagrams (Use Case, Class, Sequence, Activity, Deployment)
Additional Skills
- Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments, * Experience in integrating AEM with enterprise platforms
- Prior experience in content migration to AEM
- Adobe AEM certification (preferred but not required)
