Job description
UST is searching for a QA Automation Engineer who will design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
The opportunity:

Design and develop automation scripts using Selenium (Java) and REST API frameworks

Contribute to all the testing phase activities as per the release plan

Participate actively in insprint Agile testing activities

Learn and apply AIbased testing tools for smarter execution and defect analysis

Execute functional, regression and E2E tests. Learn and apply execution techniques leveraging shared frameworks, cloud platforms.

Learn/build understanding of telecom domain and financial system workflows
-
Follow QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement practices

Requirements

Experience: 2-5 years
-
Handson experience in Manual testing and automation and REST API testing

Strong experience with Selenium, Java, REST APIs

Experience in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, qTest).

Exposure to Gitlab and CICD tools
-
Experience with integration testing and data validation across multiple systems
-
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below., Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
