IT Support Technician

This position supports both local and field users in corporate, development, maintenance, and operations. Provide end-user support on company supported PC's, peripherals, and desktop applications. Provides support for POS equipment, * Provide support for PCs and peripherals

• Provide support for desktop applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Terminating network cabling
• Identify and escalate issues requiring urgent attention
• Troubleshooting IP Phones
• Troubleshooting IP Cameras
• Provide after hours and on call support for urgent issues
