This is a rapidly growing area, so you will have plenty of opportunity to spread your wings and develop your skill set to keep up with the ever-growing demands of the digital landscape.
You will work on a team developing, testing, deploying and supporting data- driven applications using .NET Framework.
Your key responsibilities
You will focus on the design, customization and optimization of Digital and Cloud-based solutions. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and solutions that will bring our clients' digital vision and strategy to life.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or Engineering) or related field

1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Microsoft Power Platform (experience with Microsoft Power Portal a strong plus)

Extensive experience with C# preferred

Familiar with relational databases

HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience is a plus

Self-starter and able to handle multiple tasks. projects and priorities

Highly motivated and dependable

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills

Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry-specific business and technology functions

Up to 30% out-of-town travel required for this job
Ideally, you'll also have

Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS or Mathematics desired; master's degree in one of these areas preferred

Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred
Interview process
As part of our screening process, all candidates for this role will complete an online technical coding assessment . The technical coding session is designed to evaluate practical problem-solving and coding approach in a collaborative setting and may include writing or debugging code in real time related to role-relevant scenarios (e.g., C#/.NET fundamentals, APIs, data handling, and basic web concepts). Candidates will have the opportunity to explain their thinking, ask clarifying questions.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
