Job description

Focused on delivering a brilliant customer experience, you'll ensure they quickly get the right information and support for their needs.

All this will be delivered on a platform that's available 24/7 and underpinned by intelligent bots, which augment the work of our customer help desks and improve the efficiency of our channels

Responsibilities

  • Building Software solutions
  • Collaborating with Product Owner, Developers, Tester, Engineering Manager and Cloud Engineer
  • Contributing to enhance the systems you are working on
  • Provide post-release and incident support

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with JavaScript
  • 2+ years of leadershio experience
  • Experience with NodeJS and React
  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Experience with API Designing and Building
  • Experience with Database integration (AWS DynamoDB/Aurora)
  • Experience with Unit and Integration Testing (i.e. Jest)
  • Experience with JSON Manipulation, API integrations
  • Focus on quality, automation, and metrics
  • Knowledge of Building Microservices or Distributed Services (AWS Lambda)
  • Knowledge of asynchronous integrations SQS, SES
