The Software Engineer, Learn will contribute to building and enhancing learning experiences that directly impact how developers acquire skills. This individual contributor role involves technical development, feature ownership, and collaboration across teams to deliver effective educational products. - Responsibilities:

Design, build, and iterate on high-quality learning experiences

Review code, maintain engineering standards, and contribute to architectural decisions

Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define and deliver features

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, supporting teammates and customer-facing teams

Research and implement new technologies to improve the platform
Requirements

2+ years of full-time professional software engineering experience, preferably in web or mobile

Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and drive in delivering high-quality work ⓘ View potential timezone restrictions

Availability to work full-time and collaborate with a team operating in US Pacific time (preference for candidates near this time zone)

Bonus: Experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node, PostgreSQL, React Native or mobile development

Bonus: Background in EdTech, HR Tech, or similar learning or assessment products

Bonus: Prior experience at a tech startup or scale-up

- Pay Range and Compensation Package:

Projected annual base salary range of $100,000 to $250,000, covering all seniority levels eligible for this position
