Job description
As an Implementation Consultant at Sense, you will own the end-to-end onboarding and configuration of the Sense Talent Engagement Platform for new and expanding customers. You will serve as a strategic partner and product expert, guiding clients through the deployment of Sense's AI-powered solutions; including the AI Chatbot, Automation Workflows, Talent CRM, Messaging, Voice AI, etc. to accelerate hiring, reduce time-to-fill, and deliver exceptional candidate and recruiter experiences., * Become a deep product expert across the Sense platform, including Automation Workflows, Talent CRM, AI Chatbot, Generative AI, Voice AI, Messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, Mass Texting), Interview Scheduling, Career Sites, Candidate Matching, and Analytics.
- Lead end-to-end implementation engagements: scope customer requirements, configure the Sense platform, integrate with ATS/CRM systems, and validate against agreed success criteria.
- Build and manage detailed Implementation Launch Plans, aligning customer stakeholders on milestones, timelines, technical dependencies, and go-live readiness.
- Configure and optimize AI-driven workflows-including automated candidate outreach sequences, chatbot conversation flows, pre-screening logic, and job matching rules-to meet each customer's unique hiring needs.
- Support integrations between Sense and customer tech stacks using REST APIs, OAuth, SFTP file feeds, and webhooks.
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact during implementation, providing proactive communication on project status, risks, and escalations to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to resolve technical blockers and advocate for customer-driven product enhancements.
- Identify patterns across implementations to contribute to scalable playbooks, best-practice documentation, and onboarding improvements.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations, meeting deadlines independently and communicating proactively on risks and delivery timelines.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing implementation, solutions engineering, or technical onboarding role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
- Comfortable presenting to and influencing executive-level audiences; skilled at navigating competing priorities with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a track record of building trusted customer relationships.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-directed and proactive-able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team., * Prior experience implementing talent acquisition, recruiting, or workforce management technology (e.g., ATS, CRM, staffing platforms).
- Familiarity with AI chatbot platforms, conversational AI workflows, or automated messaging solutions.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations using REST, JSON, OAuth, and tools such as Postman or Insomnia.
- Working knowledge of SFTP/SSH file transfer protocols.
- Understanding of relational database concepts (foreign key/primary key relationships, basic SQL).
- Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is a strong plus.
- Exposure to configuring or supporting AI-driven personalization, candidate matching, or generative AI tools is a differentiator.
