Job description

As our Senior Fullstack Developer you'll have the freedom to work from home or our modern, well-equipped office in Stuttgart (Fellbach). You'll be responsible for evolving our unique tax technology and building a scalable, future-oriented architecture. Collaborating closely with our product and frontend experts, you will leverage AI-driven development to accelerate our growth and deliver maximum value to millions of users., * Take ownership of the continuous development of our internal services and tools.

  • Substantially shape the build-out of a scalable, future-oriented architecture and infrastructure.
  • Expand and refine our existing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product and frontend teams to design and implement impactful new features.
  • Actively drive AI-supported development by integrating LLMs for code generation and product features.
  • Explore and implement advanced topics like machine learning, generative AI, and data engineering.

Requirements

  • You possess strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented or functional language (Java, Kotlin, Scala, Python), with a focus on TypeScript.
  • You have a passion for writing high-performance, maintainable code and designing complex systems.
  • You are highly proficient with modern AI tooling, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or LLM APIs.
  • You actively follow AI trends and proactively integrate innovative tools into your daily workflow.
  • You have a strong desire to dive into new technical territories and continuously develop your skills.
  • You enjoy working in a small, agile team where your contribution has a direct, visible impact.
  • You are a pragmatic problem-solver who values logic and data over hierarchy.
