Job description
- Being involved in the first level monitoring of Assets, ensuring the integrity and coherence of data.
- Follow up of all daily procedures to monitoring the data integrity of PV plants and Wind Farms and the stability of data acquisition system.
- Interact with third parties support, as site managers, manufacturer support services or O&M contacts to inform or solve the issues appeared on the facilities.
- Being involved in ticketing management, giving support to user where required.
- Participate to daily, weekly and other recursive meeting related to activities scheduling and delivering in sprint according to Agile methodology.
- Automation of recurrent activities through the development of Robots or programs to increase the efficiency of Support activities.
- Review and update the procedures and documents related with the system usability and give direct support in training sessions when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in IT Engineering, or IT Science
- IT Skills: High level of MS Office, Networking understanding, Relational databases (Sql, Postgre, etc) , Rest APIs. Non relational databases (ElasticSearch, MongoDb, etc), is considered a plus
- Language Skills: Fluent Spanish and English (C1), Italian and/or Japanese are plus.
- Team working oriented mindset, being proactive and loving the technologies, ready to learn every day something new
- Programming languages python, .net is considered a plus.
