The product has already scaled to tens of millions of users in a very short time, with a clear trajectory toward 100M+ users next and beyond.They are now hiringSenior Software Engineersto help scale and evolve the core product and infrastructure.You'd join a small, high-performance engineering team working directly with the CTO and product leadership in a very fast-paced environment.This is a remote-first role. While location is flexible, candidates should be based within a +/- 4-hour time difference from CET to align with team working hours.The role:Work closely with Product to review specs and translate them into technical solutionsBreak down features, estimate work, and design scalable integrationsOwn end-to-end implementation (Ruby on Rails), including PRs, code reviews, testing, and deploymentCollaborate across engineering, product, and data teams in a high-velocity setupContribute ideas and experiments that directly shape the roadmapTech stack:Ruby on Rails (latest), PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire (Turbo & Stimulus), Tailwind CSSWhat they are looking for:5+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineerStrong experience in fast-paced environments and B2C SaaS scale-upsComfortable working in teams where AI assistance is already heavily used in daily workflowsStrong ownership mindset and clear communication (fluent English)Experience working on products with meaningful user
