Solution Architect / Tech Lead (AI-Driven Digital Channels)

In Qaracter we are looking for a Solution Architect / Tech Lead to join a Digital Channels Agile Squad, playing a key role in end-to-end architecture, integrations, and the intelligent automation of UX and QA processes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of architecture, integrations, AI, and agile delivery, driving scalable and secure digital solutions in a high-impact environment.

What You'll Do

1. Solution Architecture & Integrations

• Design and lead end-to-end digital solutions for web and mobile journeys
• Define and oversee API-based integrations, microservices, and middleware architectures
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security across systems and platforms
• Act as the technical reference for the squad, guiding decisions and removing blockers

2. AI-Driven UX & QA Enablement

• Apply Artificial Intelligence to enhance UX validation and QA processes
• Leverage AI for automated testing, flow validation, anomaly detection, and journey optimization
• Improve delivery speed and quality by using AI as a quality and experience accelerator

3. Agile Delivery & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead technical delivery within an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment
• Collaborate closely with Business, Product, UX, QA, and Architecture teams
• Drive alignment between technical decisions and business priorities
• Participate in and support Agile ceremonies (Planning, Sprint Review, Demos, Daily)

4. Domain & Platform Knowledge

• Contribute architectural expertise in environments related to digital banking and financial platforms
• Apply or build knowledge around securitization concepts
• Work within complex digital banking ecosystems and large-scale financial platforms

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Tech Lead, or similar role
• Strong background in API integrations, system architecture, and microservices
• Experience applying Artificial Intelligence to UX and/or QA processes
• Solid understanding of digital channels and customer journeys (web/mobile)
• Experience in Agile environments
• Knowledge of securitization
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
